Wow, I can’t believe it’s 9:30 pm and I am just now getting to sit down at my computer! It’s been a busy day and I have to say, I love ending my day with the 30 days of vendors post. I love hearing why other companies do what they do! Yesterday we talked about choosing a quality photographer that will help preserve your wedding day memories for years to come. Today we’re talking to Vibrant Table about indulging in delicious food and creating an event with true flavor. You may remember our post earlier in the 30 days of vendors about Page with Vibrant Table Flowers... When combining their delicious food, gorgeous flowers and great customer service, Vibrant Table Catering & Events definitely has a lot to offer. If you haven’t tasted their food… you better hope they’re catering the next wedding you’ll be attending…or better yet, yours!

Champagne: Quality or quantity?

Vibrant Table: Both. We are devoted to providing the utmost quality of service at every event and pay great attention to the smallest of details – the presentation of a plate, the colors of a table, the textures in a bouquet, specialty lighting in the facility, the fold of a napkin. These finishing touches are what makes every event special, what gives them their signature flavor. At the same time, Vibrant Table possesses the expertise to produce detailed, high-quality events on a large scale, one of many characteristics that make Vibrant Table unique.

Champagne: Do you believe having a event coordinator is a luxury or essential?
Vibrant Table: It really depends on the needs of the client, but it certainly makes the process less stressful for the bride, the groom and their families.

Champagne: What is something you think people should know when picking their caterer?
Vibrant Table: Investigate the companies you are considering. Ask for references. Are they established in the community? How large are they? Reputation provides key insight into how the company will perform.
