I’m happy to say Rachelle and I made it back from Bend, Oregon safely last night! Driving at night is one of our least favorite things and after a long and eventful day, it was a long way home! [Thank you to all of the wonderful people came out to the Bravo! Central Oregon Wedding Showcase!] We are preparing and looking forward to a fun and busy week ahead… Amongst many vendor and client meetings, we have a special meeting with Sara Gray of Sara Gray Photography tomorrow. We are doing a photo shoot for an upcoming appearance on her blog later this month! We’ll make sure to let you all know as soon as it’s up! Though we’re still trying to figure out what to wear, you can guarantee our red shoes will be present!

As we continue our 30 day blog adventure today we will be getting to know a little more about Premiere Catering. Over the past 6 years, we have worked with many caterers that may have had great food, but the service was lacking. Having extensive background in retail and customer service, I believe that providing quality and truly wonderful customer service to not only clients, but also vendors is key to any successful business. Every time I work with Premiere Catering I am impressed by their upbeat and helpful staff and willingness to do anything to make the event unforgettable for the client. This may begin to explain why you’ll find them on preferred lists all over the state of Oregon! Introducing… Premiere Catering...

Champagne: What do you think someone should look for when hiring a caterer for their wedding or event?

Premiere Catering: When asked what brides should look for when choosing a caterer, Chef/Owner Peter Barnett said that a company who is willing to work within a budget while still creating a memorable dining experience. Peter’s passion is creating food on site which means the flavors are at their peak.  The caterer should also have pictures of their recent events which shows that the company has the passion and attention to detail that will insure the reception is raved about for years to come.
