Day 29, meet Nessa with Cardgirl Custom Invitations!

Champagne: How did Cardgirl Custom Invitations begin?

Cardgirl Custom Invitations: It all began in early 2002, when I was planning my own wedding in Portland, Oregon.  I searched high and low for an invitation I loved, or a designer who could create an invitation to match my style and my wedding.  I wasn’t satisfied with anything I found, so I ended up designing my own invitations and stationery.  Seven years….and two children later I love my job more than ever.

Champagne: What’s your inspiration?

Cardgirl Custom Invitations: Each bride I work with has a vision of how her perfect day will look, and I love the excitement and challenge of coming up with the perfect invitation suite for the couple.  I enjoy every step of the process…idea generation, design, color, production…and most of all, the final product.
