So far, 2011 has been off to a great start! At the beginning of this month, we moved into a new office space in Northwest Portland! With all the wedding shows, client and vendor meetings, and weddings our extra time to decorate has been limited! West Coast Drape is working on draping the back wall of the office! We’re so thankful for that, as it sets the perfect backdrop and covers up all of our storage items! With this new space, we are going to be able to implement a few things we’ve been dying to do in the past! Read on to hear the details!
1. We’ll be able to hold client and vendor meetings in a space that doesn’t have blaring music or tables of people everywhere!
2. Each month, we will be featuring a sampling of a different photographers work on our wall! [They will not be the only photographer we will be referring, but a way to keep the décor in our space continuously changing and showcase some of the fabulous artists we know!] This month we are featuring work by Byron Roe Photography! Make sure to come by and check it out!
3. We’ll be holding events for brides!!! There will be an option to add to the service that you’ve already paid for with us or possibly just some assistance if you don’t have room in your budget to hire a coordinator! Read on to hear about our first Ask the Experts event!
Currently we offer a service that is called monthly planning meetings! This service is included in our full service package or can be added to any of our other packages. During these meetings we cover your timeline, check in with you from a planning stance, and set goals for you to focus on for the upcoming month! Next month, we will launch our first group monthly planning meeting where you’ll be able to come, talk to other brides, get vendor recommendations and ask us any questions about the planning process! There’s no obligation to hire the planners at Champagne for your wedding day!
When: Sunday, March 13th, 2011 at 10:00am- 12:00pm
Where: The Champagne Office [1323 NW 16th Avenue, Suite 1002, Portland, Oregon 97209 – located in the Pearl Storage Building]
Who: This service is open to all brides, whether you’re a current client or not!
Cost: $25 per person [Valued at $150]- limited space available!
