Vintage rentals? Yes, it’s true! We have found that many brides are looking for Vintage and Unique rentals, so we’ve decided to carry a selection of tea cups, saucers, mason jars, chandeliers, barn windows, dressers, dinner plates, dessert plates and more!! This week we are doing a photo shoot with our products we have so far with Paul Rich Studio and will be sharing the photos with you as soon as they are available! There will be a limited amount available, so place your orders early to reserve your date! Perfect for weddings, bridal showers, birthday parties, tea parties, baby showers and more!! We love working in Bend, Oregon. It’s the perfect location for a mini destination wedding, as it’s only 3 and a half hours from Portland! Wedding FAQ’s

Where is Pronghorn located?
Pronghorn is located about 14 miles or 30 minutes northeast from downtown Bend.  The resort is only ten minutes from the Redmond airport or a three hour drive from Portland, Oregon.


What is Pronghorn Golf Club and Resort?
Pronghorn is a luxury golf resort just outside of Bend in Central Oregon.  It offers two golf courses, lodging, a golf academy, spa, tennis, restaurants and bars, swimming pool, kids activities, bike rentals, clubhouse, golf shop and a host of recreational activities.


How do I book my wedding at Pronghorn?
We require a signed Event Contract and a non-refundable $2500 deposit.  Deposits are applied toward all food and beverage purchases. 


Do you require a food and beverage minimum or a minimum fee per person?
In addition to a site fee, the contract states a food and beverage minimum based on the day of the week, time of the year and room rented. Additional fees may include corkage, rental items and service charges.


What is included in my site fee?
Included in the site fee are: tables and chairs, lit fire pits, linen and napkins in Italian-imported beige Frette, private bridal suite for four hours prior to wedding,  all catering needs, including Steelite China, Sambonet Silver, Reidel Glassware, tables for deejay, gifts and cake, banquet tables and chairs,  cake cutting service, bride & groom suite for wedding night, in-room champagne and chocolate covered strawberries, discounts on golf and spa services.


May we have our ceremony at Pronghorn?
Ceremonies may be held outdoors on the event lawn or in the outdoor covered pavilion or inside the clubhouse lobby or Chanterelle Room.  Ceremonies include personal on-site wedding coordinator, lit fire pits, full wedding ceremony rehearsal (dinner not included), set up and breakdown of site, table for unity ceremony (if requested), natural wood ceremony chairs, water station.


When does Pronghorn require the final headcount?
Final menu selections are due two (2) weeks prior to the event. Guest counts must be guaranteed at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or more prior to the event are subject to fifty (50) percent of the estimated food and beverage total.


For how many hours may we rent the facility?
You may rent the facility for up to eight hours.  Ceremonies apply toward this time. Set-up and break-down of the room do not apply toward this time.  You may buy an additional hour for an overtime fee.


May we bring in our own caterer or do our own catering?
Pronghorn must provide all catering, with the exception of wedding cakes.  Only bottles of wine may be brought onto the property for a corkage fee.


Can my guests stay at the resort?  Is there a discount for wedding guests?
There are 1-4 bedroom suites on the property.  Preferred room rates are available for wedding guests
Rates vary depending on the time of year.


Can I get a refund on the deposit?
The deposit is non-refundable.

Where have we been- what have we been doing!?
It’s true, wedding season has come and nearly gone! It feels as though just yesterday it was the 18th of May and we were preparing for the first of this summers busy season of weddings and now we are heading into September! We promise we’ve been absent from the blog for good reason, as we’ve been working hard to make sure each wedding goes off with out a hitch!
