Champagne founders and owners Mandi Downs and Rachelle Bell are certainly no strangers to the wedding industry. Both native Oregonians, their involvement in the world of wedding planning has been extensive.

Mandi and Rachelle and their team of event planners are committed to pursuing excellence in event planning while maintaining all of the fun. Their personal motto is live, laugh, love, and as a team of event planners they make it their personal goal to ensure you do all three while planning for your special day. RACHELLE

After attending college at Loyola Marymount University Rachelle moved back to Portland where she started her own wedding consulting and event planning company called Delightful Occasions in 2005.

Rachelle’s philosophy is simple: Be professional yet fun. Be creative, but maintain organization. Be compassionate and down to earth with her clients. Rachelle is brimming with fun details and ideas, and is excited to help your day become a reality. Design is a forte of hers, but she is also well equipped to handle any logistical hurdle or question. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and her calm nature makes her a strong backbone for any event running smoothly.

MANDI

Mandi dove head first into the wedding industry in 2004 working eventually as a lead planner for a well known wedding consulting group in Portland. She eventually craved bigger and broader things, and started developing the start up of Champagne Wedding & Event Coordination.

Since 2004 Mandi has made a name for herself transforming dreams into realities for couples all over Oregon.  A gracious hostess, clear communicator, and innate designer, Mandi has the perfect recipe for a successful and enjoyable planning process.  Her genuine smile and infectious laugh will put you at ease the moment you meet her, and her experience, expertise, and extensive network connections will give you the peace of mind you crave.
